[ Saitama is laying in bed, legs up on the wall, and nose buried in a magazine he got recently. ]

A tear-jerker? [ Saitama can't remember ever crying at a movie. ]

[ yeah, he's not good with crying on movies too ]

[ He peers from the top of his book, blinking slowly. ]

You trying to pick a movie for a date or somethin'?

[ Genos looks positively horrified for a moment and protests ] No! It's not a date!

I's an emergency situation! I wouldn't normally go as far to help, but it will benefit me greatly in the long run.

[ He has to smirk at Genos being so defensive over it most definitely not being a date. ]

His eyes can turn into similar black to mine, and looks like he damaged one of them. He's unsure about the severity of the damage, and would like a sample of secretion that possibly causes the black coloration of the sclera. [ Way too many words to say, this dude wants to harvest tears for science ]

Normally I wouldn't agree, as I stated previously. But Add, aside from being a cyborg, is also an engineer. And while I wouldn't agree to have him repair me without a trusted supervision, he's still one of the very few people capable of extensive repairs to my body. Perhaps even creating spare parts to the one already existing or impossible to fix. [ he shows up his hand, the softer silicone pads on the fingers and palm, bear the marks of kitten claws and bites. They're ripped to shreds in some places ] As you see, this is a mutually beneficial exchange, not a date. I simply figured him having gratitude debt to me, might be useful one day.

[ Saitama's eyes glaze over and he goes back to reading his manga not even a quarter of the way through Genos' rambling. Right. This Genos never got the memo. ]

Correct. But as the exact details are unknown, checking the composition and comparing it to the one in damaged eye, might help figuring how to fix it. [ He shrugs. It's too complicated to him too. He wouldn't be able to remove his own eye, let alone fix it. So Add is kind of more hardcore. ]

I can't cry on order, hence the idea to watch sad movies.

[ He was thinking of movie ideas that make girls cry, but he's not sure about what upsets Add enough to cry. ]

Someone suggested a book, but reading one takes much longer than watching a movie.

And frankly speaking I would probably throw Add out of the window sooner than later. [ You need to focus on your book if it's to get emotionally invested. Having a creeper sit right next and "IS THAT THE SAD PART? IS THAT THE SAD PART?" would probably achieve opposite effect ]

You could just step on his foot or somethin' and make him cry from that.

Location is still undecided. We have a TV so I proposed our temple, but he wants to minimize other people presence. But then Hermes-- I mean Sonic is offering too, but I think we won't go through with that location.

[ Or telling himself to. It was easier than accepting the explanation that "compulsion to not tell wasn't strong enough". Because it made everything easier to discredit and not think about ]

[ But aside from that Saitama is right too. Genos is easy to rile up ]

What kinda stuff was he saying? [ He hadn't considered the fact that Sonic might be blabbing about their past. He just assumed that everyone felt the same hesitation and looming feeling of something dark. ]

He mentioned that he knew you, of course. That I fought him and lost before... [ And now his lips are sealed, because it's already too much information. Especially to discuss here, with Saitama. He shakes his head ]

It's unnerving, but I will deal with it. And try to not get any ideas.

Hm. [ Mentioning that Saitama knew Sonic before isn't that troublesome, but for Somic to admit he also knew Genos can pose a problem. The last thing Saitama wants Genos to suspect is that they know eachother. It would be too annoying to deal with. ]

Well you know that last part is a bunch of crap, huh. You could totally kick that guys ass. [ He's joking around a bit to hopefully pull Genos from any kind of deep spiraling inner monologues he could be in. Not that it would take long to potentially piece things together. ]

I could see such possible outcome but I just don't understand a point in such fight. Technically we're on the same side. [ Gods and shinki versus ayakashi, that's it. But it still makes him grumpy. ]

I fail to see why it's such a bragging topic to him.
