[ Wants to watch a sad movie together. Preferably alone. ... This just sounds like a date idea to Saitama. He is going to bring up the ridiculous idea when something Genos said surprises him. ]

That's him. One of the few people to actually propose a movie. [ And it's about cute deer, what the hell ]

And really annoying. [ Then again so is Genos, so Saitama can't really compare. ]

[ Genos needs a moment to realize what Saitama meant. ] I know he is. I meant I don't know if he's serious or just shitting me for fun.

I never can and it's frustrating. Especially since he knows details about... [ he doesn't finish. He wanted to say "my past" but it's not something to discuss. He's very much aware of it ] I ended confronting him to not share it where I can see it.

[ Saitama was going to chalk it up to Genos being easy to rile up when the last part made him pause. ]

He's been blabbing about that kinda stuff? [ He sits up in bed and puts his manga away. ] You know it's all a buncha lies, right? [ He has no idea what Sonic has actually been saying and just how much is true or false, but he knows that none of it could be good for Genos. ]

[ Or telling himself to. It was easier than accepting the explanation that "compulsion to not tell wasn't strong enough". Because it made everything easier to discredit and not think about ]

What kinda stuff was he saying? [ He hadn't considered the fact that Sonic might be blabbing about their past. He just assumed that everyone felt the same hesitation and looming feeling of something dark. ]

He mentioned that he knew you, of course. That I fought him and lost before... [ And now his lips are sealed, because it's already too much information. Especially to discuss here, with Saitama. He shakes his head ]

It's unnerving, but I will deal with it. And try to not get any ideas.

Hm. [ Mentioning that Saitama knew Sonic before isn't that troublesome, but for Somic to admit he also knew Genos can pose a problem. The last thing Saitama wants Genos to suspect is that they know eachother. It would be too annoying to deal with. ]

Well you know that last part is a bunch of crap, huh. You could totally kick that guys ass. [ He's joking around a bit to hopefully pull Genos from any kind of deep spiraling inner monologues he could be in. Not that it would take long to potentially piece things together. ]

I could see such possible outcome but I just don't understand a point in such fight. Technically we're on the same side. [ Gods and shinki versus ayakashi, that's it. But it still makes him grumpy. ]

I fail to see why it's such a bragging topic to him.
